Cherry Cheesecake Dip With Greek Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250g pkg) light cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh cherries
  • for dipping: graham crackers, sliced apples, pretzels, fruit

Instructions

  1. With a whisk or electric mixer, whip the cream cheese in a large bowl until fluffy.
  2. Add the yogurt, honey and vanilla extract and whip again until well combined.
  3. Cover the cheesecake dip and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. While the dip is setting, remove the pits of the cherries and slice them in half or roughly chop into smaller bite-sized pieces.
  5. Remove the chilled dip from the fridge and scoop onto a serving plate. Top with the cherries and serve alongside graham crackers, sliced apples or your other favorite dipping snacks!
