The sweet and savory combination of Cottage Cheese and Fruit Parfaits is simply the best! Try one of three delicious versions for an easy high-protein breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
Strawberry Cottage-Cheesecake:
2 tablespoons graham crackers crumbs
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup cottage cheese
1 tablespoon strawberry jam
Peach Honey Almond Granola:
1/2 cup sliced peaches
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup almond granola
1 teaspoon honey
Tropical Pineapple:
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup diced pineapple
1 tablespoon shredded coconut
Instructions
- Trim and slice any fruit needed.
- Layer fruit with cottage cheese and any other ingredients in a serving glass or sealable container.
Notes
For meal prep: make parfaits only 1 to 2 days in advance so the fruit juice does not cause the cottage cheese to split. Package any dry ingredients separately and top off the parfait before serving.
