Ingredients

- 1/2 cup frozen avocado chunks
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- a handful of fresh mint
- a pinch of salt
- maple syrup or honey (to taste)
- ice (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, adding more liquid if needed. Enjoy!
