Description
This Healthy Dill Pickle Ranch dressing made with Greek yogurt is creamy, tangy and full of dill pickle flavor. Whisked up in just a few minutes, its perfect for drizzling, dipping and dunking.
Ingredients
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
3 to 4 tablespoons dill pickle juice
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Whisk together all ingredients until well combined.
- Transfer dressing to a jar or resealable container and refrigerate 1 hour to let flavors develop.
- Serve as a dip for your favorite vegetables or as a dressing on a green salad.
Notes
Greek yogurt – I prefer the flavor of full-fat plain yogurt but lower fat varieties will work too.
