Description

New potatoes lathered in a decadent creamy dill sauce. A simple yet impressive family-favorite side dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound new potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • fresh chopped dill
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Add the potatoes to a pot of boiling water and cook until fork-tender, about 10 to 15 minutes. Drain the cooked potatoes and return to the pot.
  2. Add in the butter and heavy cream and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low. Simmer for another 8 to 10 minutes or until the cream sauce has thickened enough to coat the back of a spoon.
  3. Remove the potatoes from the heat and stir in the salt, pepper and fresh dill to taste. Enjoy!
